Public Search: Thank you for visiting the Comptroller's Online Eminent Domain Database, created in compliance with Subchapter D, Chapter 2206, Government Code. Enter any combination of search criteria below to search for entities that have reported their eminent domain information to the Comptroller. Performing a blank search will return all records for the selected year. If you would like a copy of the database for offline use, all data files can be downloaded directly from Data.Texas.gov.

Search Tips:

• Try searching for partial strings such as a partial name. (Note, you do not have to use * for wildcard characters for partial matches, just enter a partial string.)
